By His grace are we saved…healed…preserved. We are perishing away to the grave because of sin and need “healed”. All have been under sin so that He might have mercy upon us. All are turned to destruction so that we may seek Him and return.
Psalms 90:3 KJV
(3) Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
He is longsuffering toward us…not willing that any should PERISH away to the grave but that ALL should come to repentance. We are to change our minds (repent) and DO His commandments. We are to have love for one another…DO the Truth. We are to escape from those who are living in error of the Truth who are perishing in their envying, strife and denominations which were established by covetous men.
2 Peter 3:9 KJV
(9) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
It is a ministry of reconciliation. We are to be reconciled to God for all have gone astray away from the Way of Truth.

(17) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
(18) And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

When we listen and follow the ways of false prophets who deceive us with their good words and fair speeches, we are led astray from having love for one another and into envying, strife, denominations…..and into the GRAVE. They lead us astray from doing His commandments and into destruction. MANY are wandering down the broad way to their destruction because of the flattering tongues of men who ultimately “slay” those they deceive. They cause us to participate in their idolatry….covetousness.
Matthew 7:12-17 KJV
(12) Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
(13) Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
(14) Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
But by His grace and knowledge, He speaks to us and we are to hear His voice and come forth from the “grave”. We are to dwell under His shadow as He will protect us from those who will revile us for leaving their churches of envying and strife. They will think it “strange” that you will no longer “run” with them after their things and will speak evil of you. But we are to put our trust in God and not man.

(1) He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
(2) I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
He shall deliver us from the “snares” of men and their covetousness….the noisome pestilence….which drowns men in destruction and perdition.
(3) Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
(4) He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
We shall not be afraid of their “terror” nor their fiery darts that they will launch at us for no longer running with them. If we are to love life and desire to see good days, we are not to render evil for their evil as they will accuse us of being evildoers.
(5) Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
(6) Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
We shall see the reward of the wicked with our own eyes as we will continue to live. The wicked will perish in their own corruption for they will have rejected the knowledge of the Truth. They will not hear His voice and be saved. They will not receive the love of the Truth and be saved.

(8) Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

(1) For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

The wicked…the unbelievers who shall bash what they hear…shall be ashes under the soles of our feet.

The wicked will die in their sins and will not be able to come as we make the journey toward the coming Age where the earth shall become the home of righteousness. They shall return to the dust as they were. They shall be judged as men in the flesh so that their spirits may be saved. They will bear the judgment for their wickedness as they will suffer loss as their mortal bodies shall perish.

They will seek Him when their troubles shall come upon them…but then the door will have been shut as they had hated to hear His voice…His knowledge… and despised His reproof and did not choose the fear of Jehovah. He is longsuffering… but how long will the scorners delight in their scorning of the knowledge of the Truth?
Proverbs 1:22-33 KJV
(22) How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge?
(23) Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.
They will hear but scoff at the words of life and spirit…..at the counsel of the Lord….at His reproof.
(24) Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded;
(25) But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:
(26) I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;
(27) When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.

(29) For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:

The wicked will not hear and DO His commandments but will instead turn away and go after their covetousness. They prepare a table for that “troop”…that is , Fortune.

(11) But ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.
When He shall call them, they will not answer. When He shall speak to them, they will not hear but will instead do evil before His eyes as they will vilify what they will hear with their ears.
(12) Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.
Tribulation and anguish will upon the souls of those who will do evil and be contentious and not obey the Truth.
(13) Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:
(14) Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.
(15) And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name:
(16) That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.
We look forward to new heavens and a new earth. They will not be able to come.
(17) For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
The wicked will not receive the words that we will speak which will be His words. If they do not receive us, they do not receive the Lord and the One who sent Him. They will die in their willful sins and return to the dust. Shaking the very dust from our feet is symbolic for that very message. It is a testimony against those who will reject His knowledge in their unbelief.
Luke 9:5-6 KJV
(5) And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.
(6) And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.
They will strike at our “heel” as we leave them behind to perish back to the dust. The serpent’s food is dust.
We are not to render evil for their evil. They can not come where we are going….for the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God. We look for a new heaven and a new earth wherein dwells righteousness. It will be a regeneration and we shall LIVE to see this and take part in it.

(13) Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
