I read Psalms 58 today. I read verse 8, " As a snail which melteth, let every one of them pass away: like the untimely birth of a woman, that they may not see the sun." The Lord told my soul that today He is trying to speak to the hearts of torturers to stop them from torturing beautiful people. The Lord told my soul that He is going to heal the torturers through bringing them to a knowledge of Him or through death and taking them to Heaven.
