I read Psalm 70 today. I read verse 5, " But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O Lord, make no tarrying." The Lord told my soul that He is making haste to protect and save torture victims. The Lord told me that He is making haste to end all torture permanently and to heal the earth completely.
