Psalm 68

I read Psalms 68 today. I read verse 9, " Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary." The Lord told my soul that He will send a plentiful rain of mercy on the earth. The Lord told my soul that He will send mercy like rain on torture victims and bring them into His Heaven where they will be comforted and have perfect peace. The Lord told my soul that He will end all torture on the earth and comfort everyone and heal everyone. The Lord told my soul that He loves torture victims very much and they are precious to Him.
