What tribute could a soul afford
For grace for endless life
Where few see Christ as truly Lord
Where lives are plagued with strife
With pleasure will this saved one cry
My voice I’ll gladly raise
With heart and soul to God on high
I’ll offer Jesus praise
He lifts me up each time I fall
Refreshing with His love
Heaven and earth should hear my call
Echoing thanks above
Forgiven are my wayward days
Even when things go wrong
Upward, onward, I’ll fix my gaze
Singing my grateful song
When failing words I’ll turn to dance
Whistling loud or low
As bride to Groom in sweet romance
I'll whisper as I go
Upon my soul God’s placed His Seal
Ending my selfish will
Knowing my thoughts, the way I feel
How can my heart be still
Splendid triumphant rousingly loud
Soft at my Saviours feet
At home, amidst maddening crowd
Or down a quiet street
I have the right, the blessed source
Power, sound health and free
So now just leaves one awesome course
