Since I lifted up the work I am doing in radio ministry for my church in the prayer request forum, I hesitated to talk about it here. After thinking about it, I thought it would be fun to share my perspective.
It's kind of cool doing it this way on the computer. Granted I get to hear a lot of the message over and over again as I edit it, but that's cool because I still wind up learning from it. It's awesome, too, because these are messages from just before I came to this church, so it's kind of like making up for lost time. LOL!
Of course, being done on the computer, little foibles come up...little glitches or mishapes (several caused by yours truly) and I have to pray my frustrations away. God is good, though, and I always come away from a day's work with a real sense of peace.
We use a beautiful song, "How Many Kings" that I hadn't heard until I came to this church. One of our worship leaders went into a studio and recorded it.
Anyway, I might share some of my adventures as I go into this. We'll see Until next time, this is Barty signing off! LOL!
