I was led by the Holy Spirit on this one...as I was reminded of Genesis 2:3 and Leviticus 23:1-3 ff. that the Sabbaths of God are feast days and we are not to fast on them. The exception to this is the Day of Atonement where we are specifically commanded to afflict our souls (i.e. fast) I share my thoughts in the video below:
