In all matters relating to Christianity and God in general, there's just one standard. God's standard.
It doesn't matter what anyone says, believes or tells others is right. We don't care what the government calls right or what others may refer to as hate-speech. The fact which remains is that God is the immutable God. He is the same yesterday, today and forever and His definition of what's right and wrong STANDS FOREVER.
God created Adam and gave him one rule: "don't eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil" and told him that the punishment for disobedience would be death. Adam disobeyed. And DIED. Eventually.
And from that time on, all of Adam's descendant's DIE. Did God change HIS law so that HE could avoid sending HIS SON to rescue mankind from the bondage of sin and the sentence of death?
No! For those who would like to deceive themselves that they've had visions, dreams and NDE's that express anything which deviates from what the WORD declares then and taught other that, don't think you'll get away with it. It is written that the blood of the person who is misled is required at the hands of the person who misled them. Complacency has crept into the church and people are all about preaching prosperity at a time when they should be preaching repentance and a return to the LORD not in their churches since these people claim to know GOD but on the streets, in the market places, in the homes of non-believers.
What times are these? Even a blind man can tell. These are the last days and it's the duty of every Christian to cast aside everything that has held them back from serving the Lord with all their hearts, grab up their crosses and follow HIM. We have lost direction and are all heading to doom. The reason is that we trusted preachers too much to teach us the word of GOD when the bible directly states that they (THOSE OF US WHO CHOOSE TO FOLLOW GOD) shall all be taught by GOD. Does the word of GOD lie? Does it?
Preaching has now become a profession that people aspire to. Churches have been transformed into businesses and fat well fed preachers go about in fine cars, live in million dollar house and so on...
Contrast that with HIM whom we call our MASTER. When Jesus was on earth did HE own a lot?
Is it because, as some say that HE had to taste poverty so that the rest of us don't? What were His parting words to HIS disciples? HE told them, not to expect much. That they would be treated exactly as HE was treated and worse still...
So who exactly are our preachers lying to and why are we accepting their lies as gospel truth? Why should we listen to a professional preacher who has gone through a school of theology? Is it upon man teach others about GOD?
There's only ONE who can teach us about GOD and that is HIS SPIRIT. When preachers go schools made by men...
I'll draw your attention to the transformation of Paul. He knew Pharisaical teaching alright but was ignorant to the things that really mattered. Redemption by blood. Of course someone taught him that but then it was free education. Think of it now. What others got and gave free, we now sell to each other. The word of GOD and the gospel were supposed to be free. Free as in no one should pay for it. The Catholic Church tried to sell indulgences in the days gone by but one of their members a monk, opposed it. One of them! Doesn't GOD work in wonderful ways?
On the cross when one thief mocked Jesus the other roundly reprimanded him.
When the Jewish leaders asked Jesus to tell the crowd to shut up when they sang "HOSANNA" He told them if they didn't then the stones certainly would sing out.This proves that from ages gone by GOD has worked with people through grace. HE pardons a wrongdoer and he helps educate others about HIM. No one ladies and gentlemen can or will ever get away with misrepresenting GOD. Moses wasn't pardoned. He never entered Canaan. That's the kind of GOD we serve. HE Is a great GOD and HIS precepts from eternity to eternity do not change because HE is perfect.
