22. That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind 24 And that ye put on the new man, which after GOD is created in righteousness and true holiness.

*My thoughts*
When I think about the spiritual blessings and gifts of GOD. I think about:
Wisdom is a gift. Understanding is a gift. Patience is a gift. Longsuffering is a gift. For some reason to me, patience and long-suffering feel different. I believe patience is the ability to wait without becoming annoyed, irritated or angry. Longsuffering is the ability to suffer for a long period of time with patience. Faith is a gift. Grace is a gift. Joy is a gift. Salvation is a gift.
I thank GOD for HIS gifts, and spiritual blessing that HE has blessed me with in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Amen
