The Lord will judge the human race
He’ll judge beings on high
In righteousness He’ll judge each case
With truth’s all seeing eye
The world may trust in ivory towers
In silver gold and jewels
But by God’s grace and Jesus powers
We live no more as fools
For those with Christ as Lord and friend
Trusting in Jesus’ name
With love, their case He will defend
However great their blame
The Saviour’s blood was shed for me
For me; He bore the pain
He died to save to set me free
And give me birth again
God’s grace will see no wayward deed
The evil that I’ve done
Since deep inside I bear life’s Seed
Through Heaven’s Lamb, God’s Son
He’ll see no more the filth He hates
My shameful deeds before
Closing to me hell’s yawning gates
He’ll open Heaven’s Door
If here and now to Christ we yield
Heeding Royal decree
We’ll find in Him our strength and shield
And eyes that truly see
We’ll see the majesty of Christ
We’ll see His Promised Land
The reason He was sacrificed
