I understand muhammad used Talmud and Midrash to plagiarize; certainly they were used as study guides in his ascension to power. As for Ezra being considered a son of god, muhammad may have been familiar with the respect rabbi had for ezra's descendents. But no mention is ever made of sonship to god.
Talmud - p366, Note on Sanhedrin
"The Synedrion (συνέδριον) called in Aramaic Sanhedrin, was the Supreme Court of the Jewish nation. It is invested with an awful interest, as having been the tribunal, which deliberately rejected the Messiahship and Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ,—a decision to which the Jewish people have adhered up to the present time.........Rabbi Akiba was offended that he himself was not chosen, and said, "it is not because he is more learned, but because he is of nobler birth—happy is he who has ancestors to privilege him—happy is the man who has a nail to hang on." "And what was the nail of Rabbi Eliezer, the son of Azariah?" "He was tenth from Ezra."
muhammad may have also considered the Tanakh in thinking Ezra was a son of the priestly sanhedrin, from which the word Zadok comes in;
Then therre is Ezra 7.1 "1 Many years later, when Artaxerxes was emperor of Persia, there was a man named Ezra. He traced his ancestors back to Aaron, the High Priest, as follows: Ezra was the son of Seraiah, son of Azariah, son of Hilkiah, 2 son of Shallum, son of Zadok,"
