So far, things have gone great. I haven't noticed any physical cravings, and my psychological cravings have been weak and easily squashed. I've also noticed that I'm eating less and feeling full faster than before. I do need to increase my water intake, though. All in all, things seem to be going okay, BUT . . .
Today (Day 5) was horrible. I EXPLODED at my husband for no real reason, then I took to bed for hours feeling sorry for myself and stewing about things. It's probably mood swings from coming off the sugar, but it may have been fueled by my frustration over the lack of progress we've made this past week on the renovations. I apologized, and we talked about the possibility of more mood swings to come. He reassured me that he understands and told me that he has had mood swings in the past when he's stopped drinking sodas.
