Mishmash, squish-squash,
Dancers dancing, diners posh,
People singing, playing drums,
Words a plenty, others hum.
Tired limbs, feet sore,
Not aware of what’s in store.
Rainbows ending, lies a plenty,
Faith in God, they ain’t got any.
True love forsake,
Trust in God they will not take.
Having fun, so what’s at stake?
Sincerity they truly fake.
Time’s short, don’t snort,
Mocking God is not for sport.
World’s ending, people praying
For their loved ones who are playing.

“For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man” (Matthew 24:37-39 ESV).
