Maybe I should call him anyway?

The first of the two mystery men, as one of my friends called them, stopped by at my job today.

He is one p e r s i s t e n t guy. I've told him at least five times that I'm not looking something serious. (Thanks to a particular person and the CF girls section, I think this is the wiser thing to do). But he just asks again. and again. The store was slow though, so we did talk some. He has his hair done different, better rather. He has arms like he's in sports (he is). And I am tempted to take him up on his offer, for a few dates or something, some nice fun . But as someone told me, I'd be leading him on.

My mom thinks I should call him! I was talking this over with her for advice, and she said, "It's obvious he's not gonna stop til you (do). SO just call him once, and tell him that's it." (that's dumb. If he didn't get it the first 7 times to his face...)
"There's nothing wrong with it."
"But would that not be leading him on?"
She never answered me on that. Instead, she just said "Call him. Let him take you to lunch. There's nothing wrong with that."
