Hi everyone. 
I have decided that I am going to make some drastic changes in my life. I am making these changes primarily because I want to change but also partly because I want Darrell to be my boyfriend and he said that these things must change before he can be my boyfriend.
The things that he wants me to change are: my weight, I need to lose weight; my mental stability, I need to have fewer mood swings; my location, I need to move out of this place and move closer to him; and there was one other thing that he said he would like for me to change but I don't remember what it was right now.
Anyway, I'm a little scared. I know I can do these things but I'm a little scared that I might not be able to pull them off. Any encouragement you all can provide will be greatly appreciated.
I am going to speak to my psychiatrist about getting put on a different mood stabilizer and I am going to talk to my doctor about being put on weight loss medication (my BMI is over 30). The only other thing that absolutely has to change is something that I can probably change rather easily, my location. I just have to start getting a disability check first. And if that doesn't happen, I'll have to get a job first. Thing is, I am disabled so I cannot work. Therefore, I have to start getting a disability check before I can move.
I want to make all these changes for myself but also for him. I know I can do them. After all, the Bible says:
Philippians 4:13 ESV I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
Philippians 4:13 NIV I can do everything through him who gives me strength.
Philippians 4:13 NASB I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.
Philippians 4:13 MSG Whatever I have, wherever I am, I can make it through anything in the One who makes me who I am.
