You took the filth the stench inside
The demons of the night
The selfish thoughts the foolish pride
Clouding love’s guiding Light
In Light alone thrives grace with love
With joy amazing peace
Hope through faith for rising above
Where life will never cease
Through You, through You, through You alone
The Triune One divine
Who suffered death as flesh and bone
