Accept The Lord in Jesus Christ
God’s true and only Son
Accept The Lamb He sacrificed
Through whom life’s war is won
Give God free reign, study His word
Consult Him face to face
Proceed within The Truth you’ve heard
According to His grace
Read the bible front to rear
The old as well as new
Pray Heaven will make quite clear
Each passage you pursue
Study a chapter day by day
Praying for eyes to see
Allow The Truth, The Life & Way
To set your spirit free
This may at first sound strange and odd
Perhaps you’ll feel a clown
Have faith my friend just trust in God
He’ll never let you down
He sees your heart He sees your mind
Your spirit and your soul
He sees the lonely lost and blind
Wandering from life’s goal
So take to hand The Father’s book
Cast foolish doubt aside
Fill up your cup from Heaven’s Brook
Receive what shadows hide
When trusting God and faithful read
Your soul will find a cure
So let God plant His living seed
