We love to boast salvation’s ours
We’ve seen God’s Truth & Light
Received with grace of Heaven’s powers
To put all foes to flight
But are we safe when love is still?
When love stands idle by
We see the devil cheat and kill
We watch while lost souls die
They live in filth with hate galore
A stench to God on high
Fighting striving with those next door
Living the self same lie
Forgive; pardon your neighbour’s guilt
Relieve one’s troubled heart
Cover them free with love’s warm quilt
Induce a brand new start
Love is selfless powerful true
The devil’s greatest foe
Pure divine for me and you
When to the lost we go
Encourage faith by planting seeds
Share love with faith to root
By caring sharing meeting needs
We serve and bear sweet fruit
Thank God for love able to care
For knowing His Lamb and Son
For all He freely gives to share
For all life’s victories won
Refuse to be the devil’s fool
In faith pray eyes to see
Become in Christ salvation’s tool
