Humility has souls to seek
Strength of a mighty King
For blessed are they who’s heart is meek
Life’s endless song to sing
Humility; walks never tall
Where wisdom’s taught it well
That fools strut proud before a fall
As Heaven’s Word will tell
A man who’s humble travels wise
With heart abating strife
A blessing to one’s seeing eyes
Along the road of life
True meekness knows where quarrels start
Where troubles may be found
And so remain with joyful heart
A blessing will abound
Not that they’re weak but ever strong
They’ll struggle not in vain
Knowing where wisdom should belong
Humility will reign
God knows the meek the foolish proud
He knows who live the best
He knows who shuns the maddening crowd
Through life, walk truly blessed
Allow humility wear the crown
The fool free to wander
Let all who cease to play the clown
Walk with Jesus yonder
For this; is truly Heaven’s Way
God said with upheld hand
When all man’s pride has past away
