To know you're definitely Heaven bound

When ending here, ones days

To rise where God Himself is found

With Christ Life's King always


Who not insane, would this decline?

Would do most anything

Would seek The living One divine

To serve beneath His wing


Would learn Life's true Way of living

Would seek wisdom's insight!

Learning all others forgiving

Will help one find The Light


Life's Truth, Life's Lamp, Life's One True Way

Where love, where grace flows free

Nothing impure can ever stray

By God's sovereign decree


More than fortunate, justly true

Through change, we all must go

Each sinful soul, both me and you

Like bread, fresh made from dough


Life is a test, Life's proving floor

Truth, God's measure, Life's gauge

The bible will guide us through Life's Door

As Jesus turns our page


Alone one cannot do these things

But Christ is always there

With love, with grace, with healing wings

Ever willing to share


Cry to The Lord, at Christ's feet kneel

Holding The Saviour's hand

Recant your sin, hell's doubts you feel

Head for The Promised Land.....
