Well.... I missed a neighborhood Christmas party tonight....drat ! Flu. Still...... and cramps.... definitely a one-two-punch. So, I stayed home by the fire, had a glass of Zinfandel and Ben & Jerry's NewYork Super Fudge Chunk. Yummmm ! only a woman with cramps can understand that combination for dinner.
  • I made the COFFEE TABLE BOOK VOLUME II: Special Edition, last Saturday, to honor MamaRue. I swore I wouldn't make a book this year...too broke. So, I made it only 10 page double-sided, instead of the usual 50 page double-sided. I HAD to commemorate her passing for Christmas for the family !
  • Then, today, I made the Christmas cards that I swore I wasn't gonna do this year and sent them off to the printer... ordered 1/3 as many as any other year, though.
  • ...Then, I ordered a T-shirt design...new tradition, a family T-shirt to match the Christmas card design (started that last year)
I really SHOULD have suffered through the party with these sniffles and coughing. At least I wouldn't have spent money I don't have. JESUS, please please please BLESS US FINANCIALLY SOON.

I tried to avoid doing the things I usually do for Christmas.... but, I was very very unhappy not to do my offerings of artwork for the family....it's like YOU that I always do them for, Jesus. I never could 'dance' for money. Anyway,You are more the star in this year's design than ever ! I hope You like Your BIRTHDAY card. I do. It's very me this year.
