I saw the face of Bill Clinton. Then, I saw a man’s arm and hand reach out from a back side window of a black stretch limo. I’m still seeing the face of Bill Clinton. Then I saw this arm and hand cut off. I kept hearing “William Jefferson Clinton.”
I saw Bill Clinton’s face again followed by hearing “pig” and “piggy bank.” Then I saw that arm and hand being cut off again.

Then I heard E.T., and then I saw one of those little servant robots like I had seen previously in a news story about a play in Japan with these servant robots. Then, I heard “Obi-Wan Kenobi”.
I saw the arm coming out of the stretch limo’s back window being cut off again, and then it was like someone held an axe in his hand and he just kept chopping away at what was left of the arm.
I heard, “…try (or trying) to get the message.” Then, I saw someone take a box of food out of the pantry to prepare it to eat, and then the box was sucked away into some kind of a vacuum; a suction of some kind.

My Understanding: Bill Clinton is founder and president of the Clinton Global Initiative, which is a precursor to the “one world order,” I believe. Someone riding inside the back of a stretch limo would have to be someone rich, so this, I believe, is a symbol of the wealthy and powerful (maybe even organized crime). An arm is a division; section; wing; branch; offshoot, so this is speaking of a particular division or classification of the rich and powerful. A hand has to do with works of man. So, this is a cutting away at a particular division of the wealthy and powerful and of the working of man.
Hearing “William Jefferson Clinton” caused me to think of “Lee Harvey Oswald” and “John Wilkes Booth.” Yet, there seemed to be an emphasis on “Jefferson.” Thomas Jefferson was President of the USA from 1801 to 1809. There was a George Clinton who served as his VP his second term of office, coincidentally.
Jefferson was a man of the “Enlightenment”:
It appears to me that this arm (division) is directly related to the US government and to the office of president, in particular, though not exclusively. A pig is associated with something or someone who is “unclean.” And, a “piggy bank” is a place where we keep money, so the Lord is saying here that the government’s money or source of money is “unclean.” And, this cutting off of this arm (government) is a judgment of Almighty God against this arm (government), I believe.
E.T. is a movie about an extraterrestrial life form (being) who was stranded on the earth for a period of time, adopted by a young boy and his siblings and then later returned to his planet. The servant robots were ones I saw in a news story about a play in Japan about these robots getting tired of being servants.
I see this “wise old man” as possibly Bill Clinton in this vision and that he acts as counsel to Barack Obama, I believe, and he is president of a global-wide organization. If so, then he is a “Swordmaster,” and that would be related to the chopping or cutting off of the arm of the rich which is what socialism does and that is what he stands for. So, he could be God’s instrument of judgment against the US government. This limo with the arm out also smells of something crooked, like a payoff or a hire of a hit man or something to do with laundering money, perhaps.
I also see Almighty God as the “Swordmaster” in coming in judgment against us. I see several levels of this: First he uses his instrument of judgment against his children in order to bring them back to himself and then he turns against that instrument of judgment and cuts off his arm (power, strength). So, Bill Clinton could both be God’s instrument of judgment as well as God’s axe will fall on his head in due time. I believe this is related to the period of Tribulation.
The encouragement is that God gives us more grace as the burdens increase; he is our comfort, our shelter and our tower of refuge and strength. Count on it!
