Is the Holy Spirit omnipresent in sheol?

is the person of the Holy Spirit omnipresent everywhere? for example, is the Holy Spirit omnipresent within the righteous and the wicked? within animals, plants and rocks? within heaven and hell? or is the Holy Spirit only half-present? location-specific? not everywhere at once? only in some places but not in others? is it the Holy Spirit who animates the physical part of a human being? is it the Holy Spirit who holds the molecules of a human being's body together?

i'm differentiating between 'omnipresence' (being everywhere existant at once), 'omnipotent' (being all-powerful) and 'omniscient' (being all-knowing). i'm not only suggesting that God can be everywhere at once, but that he is everywhere at once. always has been and always will be. not just sometimes.

i tend to believe that there are temporary holding places for righteous and wicked souls (departed human beings) prior to the endtime physical resurrections of the bodies of the righteous and the wicked. either some type of purgatory or sheol or dreamscape where souls sleep and dream together.

i've sometimes had afterlife contacts with my deceased mother, and she seems to be residing in some dreamscape realm where all of the disembodied souls dream together in a joint dream. i've seemingly met my mother there on occasions that last only a few seconds long each time. not so frequent anymore though. this may or may not be consistent with the bible or orthodox theology.
