Frequent believed insanity
When one feels something's wrong
Oft joins Christianity
To learn salvation's song
When something, somehow is speaking
Telling souls deep within
Something or someone needs seeking
To cleanse one's soul of sin
For nothing is more displeasing
Ripping one's self apart
When only The Lord appeasing
Will soothe a shame scorched heart
A sensation, like in hell burning
The wrenching bolt of pain
Is Heaven's eyes discerning
One's living life, in vain
Believing, never to be caught
As though He's deaf and blind
All night all day, life's true report
Comes clearly God to mind
All seeing, knowing everything
Full love full perfect grace
With joy, Christ calls life's song to sing
Who'll seek His Father's face
Where peace, love and joy will end one's strife
Enable sweet sound sleep
To gain the key to endless life
God's laws we need to keep
To end one's torment deep inside
New birth, to live again
In Heaven always to abide
