Mankind, erring astray
Shameless singing the devil's song
Walking the devil's way
I too, strolled down hell's twisted road
Most likely would be still
If not for Christ, salvation's code
Heaven's eternal will
Love wants no soul to end in hell
Burn in endless fire
So Christ was born lost man to tell
Of Heaven's grand desire
But Satan, his end perceiving
Devils, sinners galore
Are, frantic, hiding, deceiving
Entrance through Heaven's Door
Through Jesus Christ, life's only Way
God! born as a man
Who bore the sin who won the day
Thwarting the devil's plan
Man, is ninety percent still blind
Walking the devil's path
Living in doubt, fouling their mind
Toward hell's endless wrath
Self! is a monstrous deceiver
Wanting, willing more still
Flesh! as its own foul believer
Desires all but God's will
This! I well know, this! true I see
Man's his own disaster
Living life foul, bowing his knee
To Satan as his master.....
