What is the difference between a modern corrupt judicial system, and the judicial system in place during Hosea's time when the priests made money off of sin? The Book of Moses was forgotten about then. Is it forgotten about today? The Lord then forgot about the priests, and sent His people to HIM (Yeshua). What more will He do to a modern corrupt judicial system, that forgot about The Lord?
