Homosexuality and Universalism,the deception

Homosexuality and Universalism, the deception.
As a follow up to my previous blog I wish write about what I believe is growing doctrine of Universalism and how the Gay Christian movement is tagging on to this belief.
Universalism is a belief that everyone will be saved: All on earth will end up in Heaven with the Lord and there is no Hell. Therefore it is unnecessary for a believer to confess their sins to God. Living a life of eternal torment in Hell is a terrifying thought isn’t it? Perhaps the thought is too terrifying to contemplate for some especially if they do not believe that their immoral lifestyle is perpetual sin. In fact these people are rejecting the teaching of scripture. We hear much about the love and compassion of Christ, I believe there is an over emphasis on this wish causes people to think that Jesus Christ will have mercy on every living soul. The Word of God penned in scripture does tell us that some will spend eternity in Hell while others an eternity in paradise with the Lord. All will be Judged by the Lord by their Works.
Now the proof that the unredeemed will dwell forever in eternal torment. In Matthew25: 46`And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life`. The Lord tells us that eternal torment will last forever. Matthew 25:41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: Those unredeemed will be cast into the lake of fire with Satan and his angels. If we turn to Mark 9:44 ‘ Their worm does not die And the fire is not quenched. The fire will never go out it will burn forever.
So how do we all avoid this eternal fire? There are many that believe that all roads will lead to Heaven despite their conduct throughout their lives. All of us are in sin but Jesus Christ gives us a free way out if we ask for forgiveness of our sins and strive to not sin again. God is full of love and mercy but as I said previously there is too much emphasis put on this. While it is true that God is full of love and mercy it was these qualities that lead Him to sending His only Son to die on the cross for us. Jesus Christ is the only way that will lead us to eternal life in Heaven Acts 4:12, “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” 1 Timothy 2:5, “For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all …” In John 14:6, Jesus says, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, the WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM should not perish but have eternal life.” If man chooses to reject God’s son, they do not meet the requirements for salvation (John 3:16,36).

With verses such as these, it becomes clear that Universalism and Universal Salvation is an anti-Biblical belief. Universalism does not line up with what scripture teaches. Many people especially Homosexuals and Pro choice advocates accuse Christians of being intolerant and exclusive it is important to remember that these are the words of Christ Himself. Christianity did not develop these ideas on its own; Christians are simply stating what the Lord has already said. People choose to reject the message because they do not want to face up to their sin, and admit that they need the Lord to save them. For some to say that those who reject God’s provision of salvation through His Son will be saved is to belittle the holiness and justice of God and negate the need of Jesus’ sacrifice on our behalf.
I would like for everyone to have the opportunity to be saved,I am a sinner myself,I was born a sinner.I wanted Jesus to come into my life and save me,but there are strings attached if one wants to be saved,we must turn away from sin and acknowledge that we are sinners.
