Can someone explain to me how the Holy Ghost can be the third person of the holy trinity but exist before Jesus who is considered the second person of the holy trinity?
Should not the Holy Ghost be the second person of the holy trinity and Jesus the third person?
I think I have heard in the past that events in Heaven may have taken place that shaped the arrangement of the holy trinity. Is that correct and if so where can I find that in the Holy Bible.
Reference:
King James Version, Luke 1 Verse 15: For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.
King James Version, Luke 1 Verse 35: And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
