The law of god is in the heart
To cherish and obey
Christ said no word would ever part
Until the judgement day
We must be holy to the Lord -1Co.1:2
Allow God’s son to reign - Ex.31:13
As kings and priests we can’t afford - Rev.1:6
To soil our robes again
We must be holy, void of lie -1Th.4:7
Reject all wayward sin
When pure of heart we’ll then deny
The devil entry in
Our every thought is like a shout
For God can hear the mind -Ps.94:9
Each sin He sees without a doubt
For neither is He blind -2Ch.16:9
True holiness is God’s command -Lev.11:44
No man may disobey
If we would walk the Promised Land
We must prepare today -1Jn.3:3
Too many say it can’t be done
Perfection’s not for man
But yet the bible says God’s Son -1Pe.1:16
Will foil the devil’s plan Heb.-2:14
To show the way, God sent His Light -Jn.8:12
His word, is here to teach -Jn.1:5
True holiness, is in man’s sight
And not beyond his reach
So make a stand, come join the fight
The time has come to choose
When loving God with all our might
