Last Saturday, we went to a wedding. It was his first wedding so I was delighted to go with him. We came back to my place after the ceremony because we had 4 hours until the reception, and I decided to ask him if before he met me, he had always thought that he would just lose it when he got married. His response was that ideally, that was what he had in mind. So, I told him to stick to that. If that's what he always wanted, then he shouldn't even think of changing his mind simply because he's met me, even if he gets kinda...you know...when we're together.
A few days have gone by and...I wish I still had that hope. I mean, I am glad to know the truth, but it sure made things easier.
There's one more issue: He's not sure how his parents will take to me as well. I have tattoos that are visible, I don't have the best "life resume" and there is no family on my side that I would have him or them ever meet.
What's a girl to do?
