I have an deficiency in lecithin. Lecithin is an essential fat. It is like omega 3 fatty acids. I have a deficiency from a condition I have. I am taking Estroven, a soy supplement. Soy has lecithin in it. I took it today with my lunch and my body felt soothed some. I am praying the soy helps my body heal. I am going to take the soy each day to see how it soothes my body.
