Gods Just A Call Away

It never rains but that it pours
In Christ we have no fear
Though even as the lion roars
The Lord is ever near

Although in Christ a child may fall
Yet God who reigns on high
Is just as far as man can call
So no one needs to die

The Lord our God will answer prayer
Those near and that afar
Before we speak the answer’s there
No matter where; we are

In Christ, we know that this is true
It happens all the time
Just call, and God will answer you
It doesn’t cost a dime

Through Jesus’ blood, the way is free
The Lord has met the bill
The cost for you my friend and me
Was paid on Calvary hill

Before this life draws to an end
Before the darkest night
Give God a call today my friend
You’ll see, the time is right

Christ knows the name and sees the heart
Who in His presence wait
No child from God’s too far apart
No shameful deed’s too great

The devil stands no chance at all
He’ll try with all his might
But in the end, it’s he; who’ll fall
Through Christ, he’s lost the fight.
