Why does The Lord God, we wonder
His miracles not show?
Not just rainbows, lightning, thunder
Stars causing night to glow
Though small children see and know these
Learn of earth, sky and space
To somehow, somewhere bow their knees
To seek God's unseen face
This question from child we ponder
Without waving a wand
Is God, is Heaven out yonder
Waiting how we respond
Is God not creation testing?
Surveying night and day
Though through life, we're interesting
Will we always, disobey?
Or will we learn, through those before
Living, laughing, crying
Could somehow, somewhere be a door
To stop mankind from dying?
So since Noah, must it have been
Hearing plain God's voice
Man beginning unknown, unseen
Life! This time with choice
Believe or not what Noah said
What he and his, went through
That God one day would raise the dead
To endless life anew!!!
Once more, life's King would be testing
If; or not life is won
Through hope and faith investing
