Self ambition’s an evil seed
A danger to the soul
But love meeting another’s need

Until we’re selfless giving
Helping the sick the walking dead
Making lives worth living
True loves a gift through Christ divine
To break the devil’s chain
For pouring forth life’s precious wine
En route to birth again
Be still and watch how love can be
How true love conquers all
Healing saving setting souls free
Thwarting another’s fall
From love, God never turns His face
