Is God alive, or ever been?
Is Heaven in the sky?
What can be heard, what can be seen?
Or felt by you and I
Questions are many such as these
By faith; answers reveal
To children, humble on bended knees
To know my God is real
In diverse ways God speaks to us
According to His choice
Through bibles, thoughts, visions plus
Sometimes audible voice
Through all of these, I've seen and heard
As well prized friend may you
Seek yourself God's living Word
And see if not He's true
Many observed Christ Jesus killed
Nailed to a blood soaked tree
Through which were prophecies fulfilled
As plain today we see
God's Promise dwells a truthful heart
In souls seeking love's spring
Truth seeing eyes, God will impart
With tongues life's songs to sing
Freely He gives to freely give
The truth of life displayed
That other lost souls, may also live
Through Heaven's Promise made
Received through Christ by faith alone
Regardless what we've done
Speak to The King on Heaven's throne
Through Christ His living Son.....
