Wherever Heaven’s boat is missed
When Satan has us bound
The fool will say God can’t exist
No evidence, is found
With joy they sing the devil’s song
Lustful in self-desire
They’ll wonder though, when things go wrong
When death induces fire
Heretics, skit and fools will mock
The atheists run blind
Will these not flounder on The Rock?
When truth they fail to find
They play the clown and act so bold
Denying God on high
But when in plight, when growing old
They’ll be afraid to die
Our foolish past is much to blame
Division, has led to fail
Religion’s made most churches lame
Traditions keep in jail
God won’t exist till deep in need
Till lost; we seek true love
Until from foolishness we’re freed
Seeking His face above
I too was once the devil’s fool
Believing my master’s lies
But now in Christ, this humble tool
Confounds the worldly wise
It takes a child to see The Light
The poor to understand
Lovers of peace will win Life’s fight
And dwell God’s promised land.
