I used to go to restaurants and order more than one order making it a total of 2 orders for myself and to share with a friend. I realize that if I keep doing this then I gained more weight and become overweight. Now, I know that the foods that I eat from restaurants contain trans fat and saturated fat. Trans fat adds a little bit of fat to your skin. Saturated fat makes the fat in your skin sweaty. The more foods you eat that contains trans fat and saturated fat. The more weight you'll gained. Now, I have to exercise and go on a diet in order to lose weight. This also resulted in my old clothes growing tighter and small for me to wear.
