Friday

Today was a difficult day. I felt some pain about my past. I prayed to the Lord to protect me. I prayed to the Lord that he would show me his love today. I felt compassion today looking out the window at the beautiful weather. I read some of a beautiful book today by Annie Dillard, a Christian. The book is called Holy the Firm. It comforted me. I also took a nap and had a dream about my guardian angel. I felt him protecting me and saw his beautiful wings. I knew the dream was from the Lord. It comforted my spirit. It made me feel loved by the Lord and know that I am protected. The guardian angel had a beautiful kind face and piercing eyes. He in the dream told me that I am protected by him and that no harm will come to me and that I will be healed soon. When I woke up I felt such great peace. I am thankful for the Lord's kindness.
