Praise God I’m free of all that shame
Of all that filth within
How great life is since Jesus came
And bore my every sin

Bless Father Son and Holy Ghost
Sing praises loud on high
I fear no more in hell to roast
And fear no more to die

I’m all wrapped up in Jesus’ love
Quite safe from evil eyes
I’m innocent just like a dove
And like a serpent wise

Free as a lamb in spring
I’m free of all my wayward past
And free life’s song to sing

Why should I worry why should I care
Now everything is fine
Eternity is here to share
And Jesus love is mine

Yet though in Christ I’m born anew
The truth I understand
There’s still as yet much work to do

Fly high on eagle’s wing
I want to tell what love’s about
While loving everything
