We hear, saints receive their will
In churches far and wide
But God’s not there, desires to fill
But have one’s needs supplied
Heaven’s at no one’s beck and call
But by His grace and love
Jesus’ service is free to all
Who’s heart seeks Him above
Wonders are taught most everywhere
Churches boast most supreme
On outside posters wide they share
Disclosing not their dream
Churches preach healers still abound
“Miracles; here inside”
Who sees two thousand year olds around?
Since Paul and Peter died
How long will folks, be seen as fools
Who’ll heed their call a while
But seeing they play not Jesus’ rules
They’ll leave and run a mile
No church may see such souls, again
Not after what they’ve seen
Their first time visit was made in vain
Disillusioned as they’d been
God needs no exaggeration
A way to cloud one’s eyes
To sway man’s imagination
No false doctrinal lies
Let’s teach the gospel plain and clear
Always! God’s truth to tell
By all means preach with godly fear
Of Heaven and of hell…..
