DISCOMFORT! SO WHAT

Winning, demands patient, endurance

Oft sufferings and woe

Desires, much reassurance

How, where when we go


Misery, discomfort, aware

Thoughts of a God on high

Sinner or saint, does He really care

In which condition we die?


Can God be righteous without love?

If hate could triumph all

Would every soul rise high above

Answering Jesus' call?


God loves! sinners, but not their sin

Wants selfish flesh to fail

Over the devil all to win

And freedom from his jail


Regardless, whatever man's fault

How wrong, how deep, one's shame

Repentance, sprinkles Life's healing salt

Through faith! in Jesus' name


To be certain where we're going

Seek Jesus face to face

If salvation's seed we're sewing

One's running Life's righteous race


Be alert, be not caught dreaming

Be cautious of Satan's wares

Devil's are cunning at scheming

Crafty at laying snares


This world's not right, mankind's unsure

Earth's treasures turn to dust

Beware whatever knocks your door

In Jesus place your trust.....
