I am unhappy with how you've turned this whole process into an impersonal facts based nightmare. People have more to bring to the table than just their education and job history. How about a constant friendly smile, having an insane amount of patience when working with difficult people, conducting oneself in a professional manner, always willing to lend a helping hand, organizational skills, keeping things neat and tidy, having a positive attitude, being able to make co-workers/clients/customers laugh with your wonderful sense of humor...all things that never show up on a job application that add so much to the work place. I vote we go back to paper. Save the earth you say? Okay, then how about recycled paper or some other alternative? This is not an impossible task. By having so many things done electronically, our society has become impersonal and superficial. Very unattractive qualities! Lets bring back human interaction and make the work place and the world a better place!
