Every year, at the end, we here in Australia get our five weeks of holidays--these holidays I have at the moment it started on the 15th of December and it'll end on January 31st.
Not that Im complaining; I dont really like a lot of the people at my school. But I have to admit; I get bored when I dont have classes to go to, or a library to hide in during lunch's second half.
I often wonder what draws people to like school, despite the fact that they don't like the people there.
At the moment, I'm working under the theory that it's because people like me really have no place other than in schools.
We're the sort of people who end up being librarians, or columnists or teachers, or depending on that person's intelligence, cab drivers.
So, we take delight in going to classes, sitting in the front row, doing well in exams and being snobs to people we don't like and then going off and doing our rant on the internet at the end of the day.
What can we do about it? Well, you can just step aside and let us do it, because most of us dont take kindly to being told we're wrong.
Hell, maybe we'll be a greater use to society afterwards.
