Come Out And Build (2)

Within the world there’s much to do
For those who’ve heard God’s voice
We’re not the first He’s calling to
And each remains the choice

Till more on earth receive The Dew
Till saved and born again
We’ll still remain a scattered few
Like single drops of rain

Branch out in Christ The Living Vine
The Root of David’s song
Allow in truth your light to shine
Show sinners right from wrong

We are The Light that’s born to lead
Christ’s faithful mighty bride
Many God’s sheep we need to feed
Through Him who dwells inside

Where Christ is Lord, no church can fall
Though simple room or tent
No need for structures grand and tall
No need to pay much rent

But tables must be furnished friend
More oft than once a week
Yet daily bread The Lord will send
If when His face we seek

We’ve life inside for those out there
We’ve truth instead of lies
We’ve so much love and joy to share
Through Him who never dies

We live to serve The Living Christ
To stand and never stray
Within The Light God sacrificed
Let’s shine and show The Way
