Hello! I have a co worker that is past due to retire. She has been with the company 30+ years. She has became complacent and no longer wants to pull her share. She talks to herself all day long to make us think she is extreanly busy and pass work off to others. She makes small projects into week long work. She has no compassion for anyone except for herself. I pray everyday for forgivness of my words and thoughts but at the end of the day I commit the same sins over and over. What do I DO?
