CHRISTIANS BY NAME

While so called Christians sit at ease

Church boasts of songs and psalms

Preachers, congregations will please

Outside of Jesus arms


In cathedrals massively built

Leaking troughs rust, grow old

Ornate furnishings rot and wilt

Causing warm hearts wax cold


From bone dry pastures, sheep will stray

Where Ruth no corn could glean

So few lost lambs learn Heaven's Way

Where Truth can't intervene


What about you! how do you fair?

Does truth! ring loud and plain?

Exciting, Life's Gospel to share

Or sit like others, in vain


Countless souls lost, die on the street

With Satan on the throne

Asleep! You too may reap defeat

Just like the devil's own


Best ponder each teaching, you've heard

Faithful seek True Life's Goal

Obey Christ Jesus, trust God's Word

Pray Heaven flood your soul


Wake up! Wake up! Time is far spent

Pray Truth open your eyes

Seek Heaven's grace, whole hearted repent

Shake off demonic lies


The bride needs know who'll she'll marry

His standing, deeds, and name

Although a while they may tarry

True love will keep them aflame,,,,,
