even if it be such that the bible be infallibly 'written', yet can the bible be infallibly 'interpreted'?

Is 29:11 The entire vision will be to you like the words of a sealed book, which when they give it to the one who is literate, saying, "Please read this," he will say, "I cannot, for it is sealed."
Is 29:12 Then the book will be given to the one who is illiterate, saying, "Please read this." And he will say, "I cannot read."
Acts 8:30 Philip ran up and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet, and said, "Do you understand what you are reading?"
Acts 8:31 And he said, "Well, how could I, unless someone guides me?" And he invited Philip to come up and sit with him.

some people sometimes get mad at me if they feel that my interpretation of scripture is not correct. for example, i was at a bible study and the group was studying a scripture unit. everyone offered their interpretation of the scripture unit as they answered the bible discussion questions. then the group leader got mad at me and corrected my answer when it seemed to be over peripheral little details that could go either way.
when i was ages 15-18, i had a good spiritual mentor, but he passed away a long time ago. now i'm age 40 and it's been difficult to say that i've really had qualified spiritual mentors who've spent individual time with me. right now, i have a couple of mentors, but they are not christian-focused. one is a buddhist meditation teacher who lives with me and the other was a NASA scientist. but they are very good people.
higher ranked religious leaders are often too busy for me. i may not rank high on their priority lists because i'm not an official church member. maybe some leaders want people's relationships with God to be practiced through their relationship with the leaders or through their relationship with the church. i've been to multiple churches and find it to be pretty much the same everywhere with rare exception. not sure that people would want to be taught anything that i have to say. there are already teachers out there.
a vision that i had was definitely an encouragement. perhaps it had no other purpose than to let me know that there are angels watching over us. i remember the event everytime i go through some spiritual hardship or get challenged from below. the angel simply manifested his appearance. no words were given. or it may have been a saint. he had no wings. just a white robe. and he stood seven feet tall with a gentle countenance.
