I just read a story about a woman who was raised in a satanic family and used for satanic rituals and bred by men in the group to make a baby they could sacrifice. She said she got saved and that she now has a great relationship with Jesus, but she also said that on his deathbed, her father(who had sexually abused her, and used her for breeding stock, and was the satanic high priest) prayed the sinners prayer and died a minute later.
My question isn't whether or not God can save them, obviously He can. My question is that if someone shuns the Lord and literally works against him, hasn't he already crossed the line of repentance? If someone breeds and sacrifices babies from his own daughter, does that person really have a chance at redemption? The unforgivable sin is turning your back on God. Someone that serves the enemy has obviously turned on God. So, is it just wishful thinking by a woman who is probably still hurting very much by her upbringing and wishing it could be different, or could he have really gone to Heaven?
