  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 God’s faithfulness in forgiving sins is a fundamental promise throughout Scripture. As written in 1 John 1:9, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to...
“While this “declarative” interpretation is an interesting angle, and I appreciate its attempt to resolve a theological puzzle, I find myself not fully convinced. My primary reasons stem from both the practical implications for the Church and, more importantly, the very character of Jesus...
Just Think About This: If your heart lies to you—can you really trust it to lead you to truth? Many people today believe that the power to choose God lies within themselves. That if they just try hard enough, see clearly enough, or feel deeply enough, they can turn from sin and follow Christ...
Think – Reason – Understand Conversations that lift up the Mighty Name of Yahweh and His Great Plan We live in a world that moves fast—quick answers, short videos, headlines that barely scratch the surface. But some things in life aren’t meant to be rushed. They need time. They ask us to slow...
It calls out two sins: stealing (eighth commandment) and swearing falsely by God’s name (third commandment). Not Just a Small Note Then—Personal, Precise, and Timeless, How Close Are We Now to the Lord’s Return and Judgement? Imagine a massive scroll soaring through the sky, glowing with...
