Blessed Divine Love,
Greatest gift, bestowed in staggering simplicity:
For there was
A sentence over us, a Cross;
A Sacrifice, then doubt sealed by man;
A stone rolled, where, aside, Jesus posed;
A woman scurrying back
To utter the timeless “Risen!”;
Christ seen, listened to, observed in Ascension,
The send of Spirit, filling, Son’s intercession.
And now?
A wait for Father’s call to descend;
A future reign, saints to judge and attend,
A flashing Divine Sword to bring Justice
To make firm the eternal Love chapter.
